We want this experience to be enjoyable for everyone! However, to play our games, one person in your group should be comfortable with the following:

Frequently Asked Questions

How early should I book?

The sooner, the better! We accept last-minute orders but recommend 24 hours’ notice to secure your desired date. Contact us if you need a box sooner—we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your booking, we will refund 50% of the charge. For earlier cancellations, you’ll receive a full refund.

Does the box fit in a car?

Yes! The box is approximately 25x20x25 inches and fits in a standard car trunk or back seat—even a small hatchback.

What if the box breaks?

Our games are built from durable materials and should hold up under normal use. If something doesn’t move with light pressure (“finger rule”), it’s not meant to move. If a part does break accidentally, call us right away. Please don’t attempt repairs yourself.
