Brief Overview
Captured Escape Rooms is a real-life adventure escape game that offers an interactive experience where guests are locked in a thematic environment for 60 minutes with one mission: ESCAPE! Each of our games has a unique and suspenseful storyline, which will unfold as players meticulously explore the room, find clues and work together to solve a series of connected mind-bending riddles and brainteasers. Some of the puzzles are straightforward and simple. Some will require intense analytic skills and deductive reasoning. Communication and teamwork is extremely important and this will likely be the fastest 60 minutes of their lives. Will they be able to escape?

  • Monitor several screens at once with great focus
  • Provide clear and concise clues/hints to guests that are relevant and helpful to where they are in their game process
  • Be alert for damage and safety concern within the building and each of the rooms; asking guests to stop destructive behaviours
  • Communicate with co-workers, team leads and owners immediately any issues, breakages or missing parts from a room
  • Follow flow charts exactly to ensure that game experiences are accurately reset for the next booking.
  • Prioritize tasks according to schedule and circumstances.
  • Cleaning of facilities is imperative; game rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, waiting areas, party room, control rooms and other public areas.  Maintain company cleanliness and organizational standards
  • Provide briefing to customers after their game is complete demonstrating superb customer service skills
  • Contribute to the creation of new room experiences
  • Other related duties are required
Qualifications and Requirements

  • Well developed computer skills and social media expertise are required
  • Maintain a proper company dress code and arrive on time for work for every shift

Lines of Communication
Game Masters will report to both the Team Lead and Owners.
Working Conditions 
Game Masters are part time employees who generally will work evenings and weekend. Some daytime shift will be required due to corporate bookings, school holidays, special events, extended hours and vacations.

Rate of Pay: Starting at $11/hr
